Heritage is very important to any family... especially the Martino Family.
Mama and Papa Martino came here from Italy in 1955 along with their son and two daughters. Mama always cooked for her family and friends on Sunday. It was a way of life for her.
The same marinara sauce and other fine sauces that customers enjoy at all three restaurants comes from the original Mama's recipe used back then.
These wonderful recipes stem from Mama's childhood in Italy where she worked as an apprentice making Italian pastries and fresh baked Italian breads. Before Mama and Papa came to America, they owned and operated an Italian Salumeria. Mama's expert cuisine produced numerous restaurants, three of which we still own today.
